The fall Tucson Park West 3 board meeting will be on Tuesday, October 10 at 7:00 PM at the home of Rob Kulakofsky and Joanie Sawyer at 1520 S Desert Crest Drive. The board meeting is open to all Tucson Park West 3 residents. Please arrive by 6:45 for refreshments.
The business meeting will be preceded by a presentation by Steve Anderson, Planning Division Manager of the Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation Department. He will discuss the 356 acre Frick parcel that Pima County recently purchased to the south and west of our common area, which will become Enchanted Hills Park. The property is a 356-acre parcel of natural open space that the County will clean up. The roads will be rehabilitated and large bare spots will be allowed to re-vegetate. The old stone house will be cleaned up and trails will be developed for non-motorized users.
