Annual assessment letters were mailed on March 1.  Homeowners may now pay their assessment using Zelle.  To do so, you must include your property address on the memo line in Zelle and send $50 to [email protected]  Of course you may also pay by check as usual. 

The fall meeting of the Tucson Park West III Homeowners Association will be at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, October 8 at the home of Cheryl Tanno, 3040 W. San Juan Drive. Please arrive by 6:45 for light refreshments and socializing. All residents of Tucson Park West III (southwest of Starr Pass Blvd and Shannon Rd) are welcome and encouraged to attend. 

The summer Tucson Park West III board meeting will be Tuesday, July 9 at 7:00 PM at the home of Carol and Jerry Cloutier, 3060 W San Juan Drive. Light refreshments will be served at 6:45 PM. There will be no speaker. Issues of common area maintenance and enhancement will be discussed.

All residents of Tucson Park West III (southwest of Starr Pass Blvd and Shannon Road) are invited to the spring meeting of the Tucson Park West III Homeowners Association Board this Tuesday, April 9, at 7:00 PM at the home of Donna Moulton, 3080 W Saint Tropaz Avenue. Please come at 6:45 for iced tea, cookies and socializing. 

Our speaker will be Omar Ore-Giron of Native Root Gardening. https://www.nativerootsgardening.com. Omar will present a proposal for water harvesting to sustain the mesquites along the west side of Shannon Road south of Starr Pass Blvd.

During the business meeting, we will also discuss possible common area upgrades and more.
