Home Improvement Review
Certain improvements — walls, fences, porches, ramadas, carports, storage sheds, garages, room additions, and trim-color changes — must first clear City of Tucson Building Code Plan Review (520-791-5550), then be approved by the Association's Architectural Committee. Earth-tone colors are recommended. Submit your request below, or download the printable PDF form and email both pages to [email protected].

Resale Disclosure Request
